A CRM That Fills Itself In.

Leads answered, past clients kept warm, listings marketed.

What I Build for Brokerages

Seven pieces, built on your own accounts. Nothing goes out to a client without your OK.

  1. 01

    Brand and Agent Websites

Your brokerage brand, plus a site for the team and each agent, with listings, a contact form and chat built in. Before a name or slogan goes public, I research the trademark.

    Your domain, your listings feed

  2. 02

    Leads Answered Fast

Texts, email and website chat are answered day and night by an assistant that says it is AI, then hands off to an agent. Calls are logged, and missed calls get a text back.

Web or Zillow lead → reply in under a minute

  3. 03

    Your CRM, Filled In

Leads, notes and follow-ups land in the CRM you already use, like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Real Geeks, Salesforce, HubSpot or a Google Sheet.

New lead → Follow Up Boss with notes

  4. 04

    Past Clients Kept Warm

Home anniversaries and market updates are drafted for each past client. You approve before anything goes out.

Close date anniversary → note for your OK

  5. 05

    Listing Marketing

Descriptions, emails and social posts are drafted from your notes and photos. You approve every one.

Listing notes and photos → copy and posts

  6. 06

    Deals and Deadlines

Closing checklists and key dates are tracked, with reminders sent to the right person.

Signed contract → dates and reminders set

  7. 07

    Agents and Staff

Tasks, showings and follow-ups are assigned, and you get a weekly report of what is done and what is late.

Showings and tasks → Monday report

How We Build It

You know the price before anything starts, and nothing goes live without your OK.

  1. Before We Start

    Plan.

We list your lead sources, your CRM and who follows up on what.

  2. While We Build

    Build.

Your site, lead replies and follow-ups.

  3. Every Month

    Grow.

Past clients kept warm, new reviews asked, and a monthly check of what is working.

Questions Agents Ask Me

Which CRMs do you work with?

I build on the tools you already use, like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty, Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, Real Geeks, Salesforce, HubSpot or a Google Sheet. How deep the link goes depends on the tool, and I check yours on the call.

Will AI talk to my leads?

By text, email and website chat, yes. An agent takes over when a lead is ready.

Does AI answer my phone?

No. I do not sell AI phone answering. Calls are logged to the right customer, and missed calls get a text back so nobody is left waiting.

Is listing copy reviewed?

Always. Everything is drafted for your approval before it is used. You stay responsible for fair housing and MLS rules.

Is my customer data safe?

It stays in your accounts, not mine. I set the rules with you: what the AI can do on its own, what needs your OK, and what never goes in, such as card numbers and passwords. Customer details are never pasted into a free chatbot.

How long does it take?

It depends on the CRM, the number of agents and how much brand work you need. I quote the schedule with the price, before anything starts. How I price is on the pricing page.

Every Lead Followed Up.

30 minutes, owner to owner. You leave knowing what I would build for your team, and the price.
