Your Whole Business on One Report.
Calls, orders, customers and suppliers in one place, from the tools you already pay for.
What I Build for Your Shop
For machine shops, fabricators and small manufacturers. From RFQ to shipped, everything is drafted for you to approve.
- 01
A Website That Takes RFQs
Your logo, colors and a site that shows your machines and capabilities, with an RFQ form that takes a drawing. Before a name goes public, I research the trademark.
Your domain, RFQ form with file upload
- 02
Every RFQ Read for You
An RFQ comes in with a PDF or STEP file. The part, rev, material, quantities, tolerances and due date are pulled out, and anything missing becomes a question for the customer.
RFQ email with PDF or STEP → fields filled
- 03
Quotes Drafted From Your Rates
The quote is built from your routing, shop rates, material cost and past jobs like it. You or your estimator approve the price. Nothing goes out without your OK.
Routing and shop rates → quote in your ERP
- 04
Every Quote Followed Up
Each open quote gets a follow-up on day 2 and day 5, drafted for your OK, until the customer says yes or no. Fewer quotes go quiet.
Open quote → day 2 and day 5 drafts
- 05
No More Where Is My Order Calls
When a job moves to the next op or ships, the customer gets a plain update with tracking. Anything running late comes to you first.
Op completed in ERP → customer email
- 06
Material Ordered Before You Run Out
Bar, plate and hardware are checked against open jobs. When stock runs low, a PO is drafted to your supplier for your buyer to approve.
Stock below minimum → PO draft to supplier
- 07
Cert Packets Built for Every Shipment
The mill cert is matched by heat number, then the C of C, inspection report and packing slip go into one PDF. Your QA person signs, and it rides with the invoice.
Shipment → certs merged into one PDF
- 08
The Monday Report
Quotes sent and won, on-time delivery, work in progress, late jobs and money owed, on one page every Monday morning.
ERP and QuickBooks → report at 7 AM Monday

How We Build It
You know the price before anything starts, and nothing goes live without your OK.
Before We Start
Plan.
We list the tools you run, how calls and orders come in, and what you want on the weekly report.
While We Build
Build.
Brand, site, call log and reports, linked to your tools.
Every Month
Grow.
Faster follow-up, fewer late orders, and a monthly check that it all still works.
Questions Shop Owners Ask Me
Is this only for contractors?
No. I built it for Green Restoration, and the same pieces fit any office, manufacturer or shop that takes calls, quotes jobs, orders supplies and has staff to schedule. On the call I look at how your business runs and tell you what fits.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
It works with tools like QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and NetSuite. What I can link depends on how you use it, and I check that on the call before anything is quoted.
Does AI answer my phone?
No. I do not sell AI phone answering. Calls are logged to the right customer, and missed calls get a text back so nobody is left waiting.
Is my customer data safe?
It stays in your accounts, not mine. I set the rules with you: what the AI can do on its own, what needs your OK, and what never goes in, such as card numbers and passwords. Customer details are never pasted into a free chatbot.
What is the weekly report?
It is one report of what came in, what is late and what needs you, pulled from tools you already pay for, such as HubSpot, QuickBooks or Google Workspace. Nothing goes out to a customer or supplier without your OK.
How long does it take?
It depends on your tools and how much you want set up. I quote the schedule with the price, before anything starts. How I price is on the pricing page.
Run It All From One Place.
30 minutes, owner to owner. You leave knowing what fits your business and the price.
