What an AI Worker Is
People call it an agent. Think of it as a new hire with one job.
- The Job
- Answer website chat now. Texts and email are in build.
- The Playbook
- Your prices, your calendar, your words.
- The Tools
- Your CRM, inbox and calendar.
- Asks You First
- Prices, promises, anything unusual.

How I Roll Them Out
Here is the order I do it in.

Every task written down. We pick the costliest one.
You do it all - 2Month 1First Worker
One worker takes over that job. You check it every day.
First job handed off - 3Months 2 to 3Full Team
Front desk, sales, scheduling and billing get workers.
You approve, they do - 4Month 3 and OnControl Room
The whole business on one screen, on your phone.
You check, not chase - 5Every Week AfterKeeps Improving
Every week I check results against your numbers and tune the playbooks. You approve each change.
You lead the business
What Each Worker Costs to Run
I use a mix of models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Meta and TypeSafe AI, switch when a better one ships, and you see the cost per worker in dollars every month.
- Marketing Worker
- $10 to $40
- Front Desk Worker
- $10 to $60
- Sales Worker
- $10 to $40
- Scheduling Worker
- $5 to $25
- Billing Worker
- $5 to $15
- Coordinator Worker
- $10 to $40
- Inventory Worker
- $5 to $25
- Social Worker
- $10 to $40
- Training Worker
- $5 to $20
My estimates of AI usage per worker, per month, for a typical small business. Busier months cost more, quiet months less. Phone, texting and software subscriptions are separate.
Questions Owners Ask Me
What is an AI worker?
Software with one job, a playbook written from your business, and access to only the tools that job needs. It works around the clock and reports to you. People also call it an AI agent.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I build the workers on your own accounts, set up the control room, and train you and your team to run it. You manage workers the way you manage people: give the job, check the work, approve what matters.
What does the Coordinator do?
It keeps every job moving between your team and your customers. It tracks each promise and next step, reminds the right person when something is due, drafts customer updates for your OK, and tells you which jobs are at risk. It never sends a customer message on its own. It is in testing at Green Restoration now.
What stays with me?
Prices and promises: no quote or date goes out without your OK. Money: workers prepare it, you move it. Hiring and hard talks stay human. And you can pause any worker, any time. Every worker runs in Green Restoration before I build it for anyone else, and customers are always told when they are talking to AI.
What if a worker gets something wrong?
Anything that touches money, prices or promises waits for your OK. Every action is logged, so you can see what happened and why, and the weekly review fixes the playbook so it does not happen again.
